Our Global Vendor Management teams work tirelessly with our suppliers in all markets to ensure that quality of product and service are maintained to the levels both Adare and our clients expect. We source products from many countries, including those where social compliance is critically important. We maintain social compliance through a comprehensive suite of Quality Assurance, product safety testing and sustainability practices, ensuring 100% compliance with global, EU and client-specific regulations. This includes the completion of a four pillar SMETA audit prior to inclusion on our supplier panel. Adare is Ecovadis accredited, we are also members of Sedex and the Global Compact and insist that our vendors adhere to the tenets of these standards.
We encourage an inclusive environment of innovation, continued development and the application of best practice in our supplier relationships. We also assess our suppliers’ performance in terms of health & safety, the environment, equal opportunities and ethical business practices while working closely with them development and investment opportunities.
