One of Honeywell’s key goals is to keep heating installers and customers updated and educated via new channels. Which is why they wanted to turn printed guides into digital videos, that could be accessed online. Three educational and instructional videos for installers and end users were needed for each of the company’s 5 Sundial RF2 offerings.
Adare’s in-house Purple Agency developed a comprehensive set of videos based on specific content selected from printed guides. Different tones of voice differentiate messaging for the two audiences, and all videos are organised into chapters so specific information can be found quickly. In addition, Purple added ‘top tips’ and useful nuggets of information that aren’t included in the printed guides.
Honeywell now has a wealth of media rich video content, bringing them in line with the online world. The blockbuster videos have been very well received and are now considered essential viewing for installers and consumers alike.
