Adare was tasked with the rollout of print and premiums products across 23 countries for Pfizer. The client required top-level support and wanted the implementation to be managed in a similar way to a product launch, complete with an iconic project identity to ensure more compelling and memorable communications.
Adare developed the ePod identity while a core implementation team was brought together to devise a plan and identify key milestones. Planning sessions ensured all stages were covered, risks identified and resolved. All documentation was held in a key information centre called ePodoc and an ePod video was produced to help with the initial launch in each market. Local procurement planning sessions were also used to establish local market buy in.
Pfizer benefited from a well-organised and effective pan European rollout with excellent communication at all stages. The rollouts were all on time and within budget, while costs have been reduced with guaranteed savings of 20%. In addition, the Adare solution reduced admin workload whilst optimising quantities produced and collateral purchased. Pfizer is set to expand ePod into other markets.
