Adare International has moved into new premises in Hinckley, in Leicestershire, UK. The new site is home to the UK Client Services team and will provide an enhanced environment and experience for Adare’s off-site UK account management teams.
The new centre of excellence will focus on servicing the specific needs of Adare’s leading UK clients such as Merlin Entertainments and Gala Coral, and will be closely aligned with the Midlands Logistics hub based in Southam, which boasts over 65,000 sq ft of secure storage, fulfilment and distribution space.
Commenting on the move, Tracy Ellison, Managing Director, UK, said “This new location provides support for the provision of excellent service delivery to our UK clients. With many of our teams working onsite at client locations, it’s important for them to have a central hub which can offer vital support services, shares best practice across the business and provides account management support for busy periods.
This flexible support is very important to our clients in the retail, leisure and hospitability sectors whose marketing activities can fluctuate significantly according to seasonal variations. They need a marketing procurement partner who can cope with these sorts of continual shifts in demand, and our new client services hub offers exactly that”.
This new expansion means that Adare International now employs over 400 people in the UK, with a similar number based in over 40 countries worldwide.
