Gender Pay Gap Report


 Following Adare’s initial Gender Pay Gap (GPG) findings, we are pleased to report that our second data set has returned a further improvement, reducing by 2.2% on last years’ results, which was already favourable to the Office for National Statistics 2017 reported median of 18.4% (NB: no data is currently available for 2018).
