Welcome to our first Shining Stars awards for 2021.
Much like 2020, the first quarter of 2021 proved to be a challenging one to start the year. But it was abundantly clear from the high-quality nominations that our teams are continuing to deliver with passion and commitment on behalf of their colleagues and customers, right across the business.
As these are the first of the year, it’s probably worth a reminder that these awards, nominated by colleagues and managers alike, are to recognise our individuals and teams for the way that they exhibit our company values.
